Best Cooking Sets for Induction Ranges
This is the ultimate stainless steel set that has been the industry standard for years. If you have the money to do it, this is the set you get. Made in the USA with a lifetime warranty, this set will last you years of heavy cooking. Regardless of whether you get an induction range, a radiant range or a gas hop, this is still the cookware set that is recommended.
This is the set that I chose after spending all my money on renovations in addition to a new appliances. Made in Brazil and they are also NSF certified meaning they are certified for use in Commercial Kitchens. If you are on a budget, this is a set I highly recommend.
If you are not sold on Stainless Steel and really need non-stick or anodized aluminum then this set by AllClad is another good choice for you. If you get this set you don’t have to buy separate frying pans as well. Realize the non-stick surface will eventually wear out so you will replacing them in 3 to 5 years depending on use.
This is another choice if you are on a budget. Analon makes some great cooking sets. You have to be careful which set you choose from Analon as not all of them are induction compatible. These are as they have the magnetic plate built into. Like the other non-stick, you may need to replace them in a few years.
Best Woks for Induction Ranges
If you want traditional Chinese cooking then you go for a carbon steel wok. The carbon steel works just fine on an induction cooktop, just make sure you get a flat bottom wok instead of a rounded. Also, don’t forget to season it before you really use it.
Can’t go wrong with Cast Iron and a wok is no different. Great heat conductivity and maintaining heat as well. Like the carbon steel, make sure you season this bad boy to get the most out of it. No dishwasher for you.
